You answer honestly about your current fitness level, your training history, how many times you have quit the gym before, and what your daily life in Kathmandu actually demands from you. Five minutes. Complete honesty required. The system builds your training plan from what is true.

You Receive Your Starting Training Days

The system calculates the gym training days you can genuinely sustain right now based on your real capacity. For beginners this may be 2 or 3 days per week. This is your starting point, not your limit. The system is designed to grow this number as your fitness and consistency builds.
